Reach trucks R10 - R16 B

Versatile entry-level model

Comfortable and cost-effective to use in high rack warehouses

R10 - R16 B reach trucks are ideal for storage and removal at height and in narrow rack aisles. With negligible costs per pallet movement, they provide the necessary output for light to medium-weight tasks in the entry-level class. In addition to the extensive model range, the trucks can be extensively tailored with e.g. mast heights ranging from 4.4 to 7.7 meters. The trucks have a high residual load capacity and boast a high level of comfort for fatigue-free operation. In particular, a vibration-free operator's cabin and individually adjustable control elements help achieve this.

Characteristics

Safety

As is the case for all Linde trucks, R10 - R16 B-series trucks have a solid and durable chassis design. The lower frame is designed as a solid steel structure and provides a low load centre, high stability and high residual load capacities. Linde Curve Assist adjusts the truck speed around bends for improved driving safety. The all-wheel brake and four independent braking systems provide additional safety. The parking brake, which automatically engages when the operator exits the truck, increases safety when stopping on ramps and gradients.

  • Linde Curve Assist
  • All-wheel brake
  • Four independent braking systems
  • Optional armoured glass panoramic roof

Ergonomics

Linde reach trucks are designed with a focus on the ergonomic requirements of operators. This is applied to the whole truck – from the vibration-free chassis to the individually adjustable control consoles and the padded armrests with integrated Linde Load Control. All control elements are designed for intuitive use and effective, fatigue-free operation. The low cabin entry point and the extensive adjustment options for the operator's seat protect the operator and increase operating efficiency.

  • Reduced vibrations
  • Individually adjustable seat and console
  • Padded armrests with integrated control elements
  • Low access height
  • Intuitive and fatigue-free operation

Handling

R10 - R16 B reach trucks have powerful drive and lift motors as well as torsion-free triplex incline masts and can be controlled intuitively. With Linde Load Control, it is also possible to operate the lift mast and forks very delicately. The short wheelbase, compact chassis dimensions and 180° steering make the trucks exceptionally manoeuvrable. The steering resistance can be customised. Seats and consoles, which can be precisely adjusted to the operator's requirements, also facilitate handling. The lifting height display as well as the high residual load capacity help operators safely transport goods in the warehouse. An unrestricted all-round view of the working environment and loads facilitates manoeuvring even in narrow aisles.

  • Powerful motors
  • Torsion-free masts
  • Safe load handling with Linde Load Control
  • Short wheelbase and 180° steering
  • Lifting height display
  • High residual load capacity
  • Components offering optimal visibility

Service

R10 - R16 B trucks have easily accessible components for straight-forward servicing. For example, the operator's seat is easy to raise using a pneumatic spring and then swivel to one side. This gives the service technician access to the key electronic and mechanical components in an instant. Electronic truck diagnostics also facilitate servicing. The maintenance-free drive, lift and three-phase AC steering motors ensure high availability. Service intervals of 1,000 operating hours make the truck extremely cost-effective to operate.

  • Easily accessible components
  • Electronic truck diagnostics
  • Central truck parts, such as electric motors, are maintenance-free
  • Initial service after 1,000 operating hours

Optional Equipment

Work headlamps

LED work headlamps improve the view of the loads and in dark work areas. This makes it safer and more efficient to operate the truck.

Polyurethane skids

Polyurethane skids that are gentle on the ground prevent scratches on the hall floor.

Fleet management

Linde's connect: solutions allow truck and user data to be recorded, prepared and analysed. It ensures that industrial trucks are used efficiently, safely and transparently.

Single pedal control

Some operators prefer single-pedal control. The dual-pedal control system can be exchanged in order to satisfy operator's specific preferences.

Phone holder

A phone holder helps with operations and increases safety. The employee always has the display in view and within reach.

Wooden handle for joysticks

Wooden handles for Linde joysticks enhance the work station. The non-splintering hardwood provides a pleasant feel, is less susceptible to contamination and is suitable for operators with a plastic allergy.

Interior lighting

The two-level LED interior lighting gives forklift operators the best possible view of the necessary work materials.

Panoramic view

The special mast concept and operator's roof designed for optimal visibility ensure an outstanding all-round view. This improves safety and accelerates load handling.

Draft shield door

An additional draft shield door reduces the air stream when switching between the hall and the outdoor area, and the draft in unheated warehouses. This improves operator comfort.

12 V socket

The 12 V socket allows smartphones or other electronic equipment to be connected and charged in the truck.

360° steering

360° steering combined with single-pedal control allow operators to manoeuvre trucks quickly in the tightest of spaces.
