Drive power for double handling performance
The electric double stackers D12 – D14 are flexible all-rounders that can transport two pallets at the same time. They can move up to 1,400 kilograms and lift loads to a height of 4.2 metres, helping to increase productivity during loading and unloading, as well as when transporting loads over long distances. The comprehensive safety package provides all-round protection for operators. The long tiller of these pedestrian forklift trucks protects the operators, by ensuring that they keep a safe distance from the truck. The creep speed function slows down the truck and makes difficult manoeuvres in narrow aisles easier and safer. Operators can lift and lower the load with precision using the Linde OptiLift® mast control. The excellent visibility through the mast enables loading and unloading with millimetre accuracy even on higher shelves and guarantees safe load handling. Powered by 1.5-kW engines, the double stackers reach a maximum speed of up to 6 km/h thus increasing productivity.

Safety
The Linde double stackers D12 – D14 are designed to protect the operator while working. The long, low-mounted tiller automatically ensures that the operator keeps a safe distance from the truck. If the operator releases the tiller, it gently returns to a vertical position, which prevents damage to the motor cover. The pallets are automatically put in the perfect position during loading and unloading, which reduces the risk of accidents. For additional safety, the forklift truck automatically adjusts its speed when cornering and restricts its speed above a lifting height of 1.5 metres. When the operator releases the traction control, the truck comes to a stop. In addition, the emergency stop button immediately triggers a load-dependent, electromagnetic brake. A good view of the load also contributes to increased safety.

Ergonomics
The operating and lifting functions of the electric pallet stackers D12 – D14 can be easily operated with just one hand, without the operator having to let go of the tiller. This enables precise and convenient load handling. In order to effortlessly master particularly challenging steering manoeuvres, operators can activate the creep speed function and release the brake at the same time.

Handling
The operator operates all the driving and lifting functions intuitively with just one hand. The Linde OptiLift® mast control ensures that the load is lifted and lowered with millimetre accuracy, at the same time increasing the working pace and precision. Using the main lift as well as the initial lift, the D12 – D14 double stackers can transport two pallets with a maximum weight of 1,000 kilograms each at the same time. This leads to higher efficiency during transfer. With the powerful 1.5-kW AC engine, the trucks reach speeds of up to 6 km/h even with double loads. The speed is automatically reduced when cornering and above a lifting height of 1.5 metres.

Service
The multi-functional display of the D12 – D14 shows the operator all the important status information at a glance. The maintenance-free AC engines ensure high availability for the double stackers. All the important components are easily accessible. In the event that repairs are needed, service technicians can read out and check the system data on their notebook via the CAN bus connection.

Load backrest
The load backrest, with a height of 1,000 mm, ensures that loads cannot slip backwards and fall on the operator when the load carrier is raised.
Soft landing function
This protective function prevents a jerking motion when setting down the load and any resulting damage. It reduces the lifting speed before reaching the floor and sets the load down softly.
Pack clipboard
As well as a rotatable clipboard, the equipment package includes another compartment area in the front.
Cold store variant
The cold store variant guarantees full availability and performance of the pallet stacker up to minus 35 degrees Celsius.
Mobile or fixed battery holder for lateral battery change
The rolling battery function in combination with the removable rack is ideal for applications requiring frequent battery changes.
Ultra-fast lifting function
With this new option, the lifting speed can be increased by up to 33 percent (from 30 cm/s to 40 cm/s).
Mast protection
Mast protection made from wire mesh or polycarbonate protects the mast from damage.
Proportional speed
Automatic acceleration and deceleration: the travel speed adapts to the tiller position – the more upright, the slower.
