Compact and manoeuvrable for double handling performance
The pedestrian double pallet stackers D06 – D10 are ideal for fast and precise transportation of goods over short to medium distances. Despite a lifting height of more than two metres, the trucks are very compact and are particularly suitable for loading and unloading in confined spaces, for example in busy loading areas and narrow warehouse aisles. With a maximum load capacity of 2000 kg (for the D10), the double pallet stackers can also move two pallets at the same time. The 5-point structure with castor wheels ensures maximum stability. Thanks to a special creep speed function, the trucks can be manoeuvred effortlessly and precisely at all times. The Linde OptiLift assistance system also ensures sensitive load handling. A robust steel chassis protects the truck from damage even during challenging operations.
Characteristics
Safety
The D06 – D10 offer numerous safety features to protect the operator and ensure a safe working environment. The long, low-set tiller arm ensures a large safety distance between the operator and the truck, minimising the risk of injury. The low-profile chassis completely covers the wheels of the truck and protects the operator’s feet at the same time. To prevent hand injuries, hands are protected by the tiller head. The trucks have an easily accessible emergency stop switch for maximum safety in an emergency and independent braking systems to protect the operator and load. The creep speed function allows precise and safe manoeuvring in tight spaces. The optional Linde Proportional Speed function adjusts the travel speed in proportion to the tiller angle and automatically stops the truck when the tiller is in a vertical or horizontal position. An approach assistant prevents unintentional rolling back on inclines.
- Long, low-mounted tiller
- Low-profile apron for foot protection
- Easily accessible emergency stop switch
- Tiller head with hand guard
- Start-off assistant for inclines
Ergonomics
The tiller handle of the D06 – D10 is ergonomically shaped and enables easy control of the operating and lifting movements. All forklift functions can be operated with just one hand, regardless of whether the operator is right or left-handed. The truck can also be operated easily while wearing gloves. Thanks to the electric power steering, the creep speed and the optional Linde Proportional Speed function, which adjusts the driving speed in proportion to the tiller angle, operating manoeuvers can be carried out effortlessly even in confined spaces. The trucks have storage compartments that offer space for work equipment such as packing paper, gloves and writing materials.
- Ergonomically shaped tiller head
- Single-handed operation for all functions
- Can also be steered while wearing gloves
- Easy handling in confined areas
- Storage compartments for work equipment
Handling
The D06 – D10 are equipped with the OptiLift assistance system, which ensures precise and sensitive load handling when lifting and lowering. The compact design of the double pallet stackers enables optimized manoeuvrability, especially in confined spaces. The trucks are also equipped with a creep speed function for safe movement in confined areas. With a speed of up to 6 km/h, whether loaded or unloaded, the double pallet stackers enable fast and effective work. Thanks to their excellent climbing ability, they even make light work of steep ramps. The D06 – D10 are available with either lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries. An optional on-board charger enables easy intermediate charging and thus ensures maximum availability.
- Speed up to 6 km/h
- OptiLift for precise load handling
- High climbing ability
- Creep speed function for narrow loading areas
- Optional lead-acid or lithium-ion on-board charger
Service
The D06 – D10 are characterised by robust covering parts that ensure high availability. A stable chassis and a steel-reinforced tiller arm also contribute to the reliability of the forklift truck, even under tough operating conditions. Thanks to the robust design, long service intervals are possible, resulting in low maintenance costs. The trucks have been developed according to the “Design to Service” principle, allowing service technicians to reach all relevant components quickly and easily. Thanks to the innovative CAN bus structure, service technicians can easily access all truck data via diagnostic plugs, enabling efficient diagnosis of malfunctions.
- Tough construction for high availability
- Steel-reinforced tiller arm
- Easily accessible service components
- CAN bus structure for fast diagnostics
- Long service intervals, low maintenance costs

Integrated charger
The battery can be charged quickly and easily with the integrated charger.
Cold store variant
The cold store variant guarantees full operational readiness and performance of the truck down to minus 35 degrees.
Li-ION technology
In addition to the classic lead-acid batteries, the new generation of Li-ION batteries is also available.
Load backrest
The load backrest ensures that loads are stabilised when the load carrier is raised and cannot slide backwards.
Autolift
During loading, the truck automatically adjusts the picking lift in proportion to the load height. The picking height thus remains ideal for the operator when the goods on the pallet are stacked up high.
SafetySpeed
Proportional to the tiller position, the SafetySpeed function adjusts the operating speed: the smaller the tiller angle, the lower the speed.
Side lift buttons
The operator controls the lift height using buttons located on the side of the chassis, which facilitates picking and restocking.
Active foot bumper
An active foot bumper that registers foot contact, stops the truck, and protects the operator, especially in confined spaces.
