The EG25 – EG35 electric counterbalance forklifts are designed for occasional use in light to medium-duty indoor applications, and are designed for single or double-shift operation with 500 to 1,000 operating hours per year. Typical applications include the storage and retrieval of goods, the loading and unloading of trucks, or transportation over short to medium distances in production. The narrow design allows for precise manoeuvring even in the tightest of spaces. The intuitive operating concept of the trucks with Linde Load Control and dual pedal control enables the operator to handle the load with great precision. The ergonomically designed operator’s workstation offers comfort and excellent visibility. The electric forklift trucks can be equipped with lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries. The integrated energy management system ensures optimal and transparent energy use.

Safety
The electric forklift trucks are already equipped with various safety features as standard to offer the best possible protection for the operator and the load. The slim design of the A-pillar, mast and chassis ensures maximum all-round visibility of the load and the environment. The truck’s low centre of gravity and high steering axle ensure a high degree of lateral stability. In addition, Linde Curve Assist adjusts the speed of the truck according to the steering angle when cornering, thus increasing operating safety. The EG25 – EG35 can optionally be fitted with an automatic parking brake.

Ergonomics

The intelligent energy management system also ensures transparent and efficient energy consumption.

Servicing
The EG25 – EG35 electric forklift trucks are designed for high availability. The three-phase motors are maintenance-free. All essential components are easily accessible for the service technician, and optimised for maintenance and repair. The change of hydraulic oil and filter is only required after 3 years or 3,000 operating hours. The long maintenance intervals reduce service costs. The lateral battery removal with roller bearing, combined with the battery flap with its 180° opening angle, allow for a quick battery change.
